How is the shelf life of UHT-treated milk affected by seasonal variations in raw milk and different storage temperatures? An extensive research project at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, sponsored by Tetra Pak and Norrmejerier Dairy, has added useful knowledge.
The research project described in the article resulted in a doctoral thesis for Ph.D. Maria Karlsson in February 2019.
